In the south-east of Corsica, between Bonifacio and Porto-Vecchio, the beaches of the Santa Manza Gulf feature among the most beautiful of the island’s beaches. You will enjoy the fine sand and turquoise waters, as well as the limestone cliffs and granite rocks that drop down into the water. Here, exploring is of the essence. There’s nothing nicer than to walk from creek to creek along the pinewoods. The big Maora beach, at the end of the bay is the easiest to access. Further north, after a walk along a high track leading to Prisarella, you’ll come across a fabulous view of the gulf.
