Master of the house at Londra Palace in Venice

Alain Bullo, General Manager of the Londra Palace Venezia, the only Relais & Châteaux property in the historic center of the lagoon, is also member of the Relais & Châteaux Italian Committee, as well as an active part of EHMA (European Hotel Manager Association). Born in Venice, Alain’s father worked at the Londra Palace for 56 years as Head Concierge, he met Alain’s French mother when she was a guest of the hotel. Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literature with a Master in Economics and Tourism Management at Ca' Foscari University in Venice, Alain for more than 20 years is the witness and narrator of the evolution of its city, cultural heritage and local craftsmanship that has always actively supported. Promoter of innovation for the reference sector and new trends, careful expert on the changes of tourist flows around the world.
