Bahía Solano is in the Chocó Department. Delimited in the north by the Serranía del Darién, it is one of the most inaccessible regions in Colombia, covered by one of the most luxuriant tropical rainforests on the planet. The mists brought in by the Pacific winds that break on the mountains of the western range generously soak the coast of the Gulf of Cupica and maintain the exceptional biodiversity of the warm waters and jungle in these parts where nature reigns supreme.
