Launched in December 2025, this unique partnership awards PONANT EXPLORATIONS Group customers with KrisFlyer miles, the frequent flyer currency of Singapore Airlines. KrisFlyer miles are predominantly used for flight bookings and upgrades but can also be redeemed for on the ground purchases and experiences. More info can be found on the programme here.

First time PONANT EXPLORATIONS Group travellers will earn 1 KrisFlyer mile per AUD$1 spent on all PONANT EXPLORATIONS Group cruises including PONANT EXPLORATIONS, Paul Gauguin Cruises and PONANT Yachting, regardless of length and itinerary. Miles will be earned on the total cruise fare including taxes.  For returning PONANT customers, the earn rate will be 1 KrisFlyer mile per AUD$2 transacted (halved for returning customers).

Residents of Australia and New Zealand who complete their booking in Australian dollars on any itinerary with PONANT EXPLORATIONS, PONANT Yachting and Paul Gauguin Cruises. Only one KrisFlyer number can be submitted per booking, i.e. the lead passenger in the booking receives the total miles balance. KrisFlyer member details, i.e. member name and KrisFlyer number, must match exactly the details entered in the PONANT booking.

By submitting a valid KrisFlyer member number in their PONANT booking prior to successfully completing their cruise.

Yes. The KrisFlyer earning program with PONANT EXPLORATIONS Group only applies to cruise bookings. All ancillary product such as airfare, insurance, land tours, transfers, hotel stays booked directly with PONANT or with your preferred travel agent are not included or eligible to earn miles.

Miles will be automatically credited to the members’ account within 45 days after they successfully complete their cruise.

Yes, if a special offer or discount is applied to your booking, you will still benefit from that offer, and your miles will be calculated on the total balance due and transferred over to your KrisFlyer account upon full balance payment.

No unfortunately only one KrisFlyer member can be put under each booking.

If PONANT EXPLORATIONS Group cancel the cruise and

• passengers ask for a refund, passenger won’t earn miles

• passengers rebook a future cruise; they will receive miles based on the new value of their booking
