Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1 December 2025

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the KrisFlyer miles earning promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Compagnie Du Ponant Pty Ltd (“PONANT”, “we”, “our”, “us”).1.2 By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, the PONANT Booking Conditions, and the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Programme Terms and Conditions (which can be viewed at https://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/sg/ppsclub-krisflyer/termsconditions-kf/) as may be amended from time to time.1.3 PONANT reserves the right to vary, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or amend these T&Cs at any time.2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older.2.2 To qualify, you must:

• Book a new cruise with PONANT Explorations Group (including PONANT Explorations, PONANT Yachting, or Paul Gauguin Cruises);

• Complete the booking and payment in Australian dollars (AUD); and

• Provide a valid KrisFlyer membership name and number that exactly matches your PONANT booking details.2.3 Only one KrisFlyer membership number may be submitted per booking. The Miles earned will be credited solely to that member’s KrisFlyer account, and you are prohibited from awarding the Miles to another person's KrisFlyer account.2.4 The Promotion is valid for new bookings made from 1 December 2025 onwards. Existing or previously made bookings do not qualify.2.5 Charter and group bookings are excluded. The Promotion applies only to FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) bookings.3. Miles Earning Rate3.1 Eligible travellers will earn KrisFlyer Miles on the total cruise fare including taxes, as follows:

  • First-time PONANT Explorations Group guests: 1 KrisFlyer Mile per AUD 1 spent; and

  • Returning PONANT customers: 1 KrisFlyer Mile per AUD 2 spent.

3.2 You can earn Miles only on cruise fares. Ancillary products — including but not limited to airfares, insurance, transfers, land tours, or hotel stays — do not qualify.3.3 Where multiple passengers share a booking, only one KrisFlyer member who has been nominated by way of providing their KrisFlyer membership name and number in accordance with Clause 2.2 may receive the Miles credit. If one passenger is a first-time traveller and another is a returning guest, the Miles rate applicable to first-time PONANT Explorations Group guests can be applied to the first-time traveller’s KrisFlyer account (i.e., 1 mile per AUD 1) provided their membership is nominated in accordance with Clause 2.2.4. Booking Requirements4.1 You shall provide your KrisFlyer membership name and number prior to disembarking from the cruise which was booked in connection with the Promotion. If you do not provide your KrisFlyer membership name and number by the time you disembark from your cruise, you shall not be eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles under this Promotion.4.2 Bookings may be made through phone or travel agent.5. Miles Crediting5.1 Miles relating to a cruise will be automatically credited to the nominated KrisFlyer account within 45 days of the completion of that cruise.5.2 Miles are awarded in accordance with the Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Programme Terms and Conditions, which govern all aspects of crediting, expiry, and redemption.5.3 Neither PONANT nor Singapore Airlines accepts responsibility to you for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete KrisFlyer details provided by you; 

  • Technical issues or delays in Miles crediting; or

  • Miles forfeited due to account inactivity or KrisFlyer Programme rules.

5.4 Miles are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.6. Exclusions and Limitations6.1 The following are excluded from Miles eligibility:•Existing or cancelled bookings;

  • Group or charter arrangements;

  • Onboard purchases, excursions, spa services, and non-cruise products; and

  • Bookings not denominated in AUD.

6.2 Miles cannot be redeemed for upgrades.6.3 The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. If a special offer or discount is explicitly stated to apply in combination with the Promotion, Miles will still be awarded based on the net balance cruise fare paid after discount.7. Privacy and Data Use7.1 By participating in the Promotion, you consent to PONANT collecting and sharing your personal information (namely KrisFlyer membership number, type of cruise, whether you are an existing or new customer, and total amount spent) with Singapore Airlines, for the purpose of verifying your eligibility for the Promotion and crediting Miles, and you further consent to the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of such personal information by Singapore Airlines in accordance with Singapore Airlines' Privacy Policy (which can be viewed at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/) as amended from time to time.7.2 Your data will be handled in accordance with:

  • PONANT’s Personal Data Protection Policy, which can be viewed at https://au.ponant.com/policy

  • Singapore Airlines’ Privacy Policy (which can be viewed at http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/) as amended from time to time.

7.3 You may opt out of PONANT's marketing communications at any time in accordance with applicable law.8. Liability8.1 Except as required by law, each of PONANT and Singapore Airlines is not liable to you for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or claim arising from this Promotion or any Miles issuance delay.8.2 In all cases, any decision of PONANT and/or Singapore Airlines regarding the Promotion is final and binding.8.3 Nothing in these T&Cs limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.9. Governing LawThese T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.10.
