In 1989, Patrick Henriroux took over the reins of La Pyramide in Vienna, succeeding one of the greatest French chefs: Fernand Point. After seven months of work, the establishment opened a hotel, two salons, a French garden and a restaurant which, rich with history, looked toward the future. The first Michelin star was awarded in 1990, then the second in 1992 crowning the achievements of the chef. A formidable creator, Patrick Henriroux, loves to evolve and reinvent himself as he brings out the beauty of his quality products.
